Allen’s mix is more specific then baby fruit and meat, it is not as heavy on the sugars. It is also a more complete diet as far as nutrition goes. The mix tegan mentioned will work okay, especially for adults. However after raising a few generations of crested geckos and trying both methods I find they do better with crix as a staple; compared to jarred baby foods that is. They grow faster and larger. It makes sense too, as crested geckos reach full size in a year, while other rhacs who consume more fruit (aurics, leachies, etc) take longer. Anyway just some of my experiences and thoughts =).
