I have an adult pair that i keep on a babyfood mix only. my others are on the baby food mix and crix 1-2 times a week. I know Allen Repeshy was one of the first to publish onfo about raising several generations on babyfood only diets. It was in an article in an older issue of Reptiles mag. I think it is a matter of personal preference, as the geckos will be healthy either way.

:I maintain my geckos on a diet of fruit and meat baby foods with only the occasional live food (crickets) thrown in. If you look down a little further under one of the topics there will be a response titled "This is my Mix" (Or something like that) that's what I use on a day to day (or should I say every other day) basis. I only throw crickets in maybe once a week to keep their minds active. Hope this helps.
