Please excuse the typos. Also, in the table, it is the chicken breast that is roasted not the spirulina. I just want to add that refering to the 21% RDA of protien contained in the 1 jar(100 g) of meat baby food as "measly" is a mistake. That's a very modest amount of protien to obtain in a serving. A baby would need to eat approx. 1 and 3/4 cups of spirulina to get that amount of protien. So, do you eat several protien containing meals throughout the day to get your RDA for that nutrient, or do you eat 6.25 cups or spirulina to reach that RDA? You could always split the spirulina up into 6, 1 cup meals.
