Please give advice ...

ok i have a 3 ft iguana in a 55 gallon tank.. its getting too small for him so i am getting him a custom made enclosure which is much bigger from my dads friend. But, ive noticed a bump on his face a few weeks ago. I thought nothing of it, now its gotten worse. can some1 please tell me what i can do or what this is or if hes dying that way i know not to buy the tank.
