I don't know about how to take care of an abcess, but other than that, there's a lot you can do to get your iguana healthier.

1) Give him a proper diet, as I mentioned already.

2) Provide UVA and UVB light so he can absorb calcium from his diet (very important, esp. if he might have MBD)

3) Get him into a large enough enclosure or let him free-roam.

Doing these will go a long way towards getting him better. You'll have to do something about the abcess, though.

: Seems like somthing i can do but, there are no nearby vets that take care of reptiles anywhere near me. ive been looking around for quite some time. maybe there is a way i can look up what he has and cure for it myself or is it impossibble?
