This diet is not really good for an iguana. There are worse diets (with meat, etc.), but he really needs greens with more calcium. Collards, mustard greens, escarole and some other greens would be better. Most lettuces really don't have enough nutrients. Romaine is the best of the lettuces, but it still doesn't provide much calcium or other nutrients. In addition to greens he should have other vegetables, like the peas you're already giving him and green beans or squash, etc. Iguanas can get very sick if they don't have a proper diet and light(UVA and UVB).
I don't know what the bump might be though, so get him to a vet soon! Hope he gets better...

: i feed him lettuce, romain lettuce, pees, other beans that my mom give em i dont no what there called and some times i feed him carrots. hes 4 years old. he is my 1st iguana, he never reufuses food. he isnt skinny.
