Hello,
As for size? Rosy boas, balls and some kings will fall into that size catagory. I am sure others will have more suggestions. As for do they know you, I fully believe they do... I am not attatching human personality but through my experience with my snakes I believe that they do come to know who their handlers are. As for taming, with handling they indeed do.
