New Iguana

Hi We got an Iguiana the other day. I have not had one for years. Just a few questions. I was reading and I believe i read that having a UVA light and a normal Florecent light on the cage will combine the waves and make UVB is that true? also Can Iguanas eat mushrooms? thanks for all the help
