You might want to brush up on "full spectrum lighting" a bit. Just because it says "full spectrum" doesn't mean that it necessarily produces ANY UVB....
As of this moment, there are no bulbs on the market available to John Q. that produce more UV than the sun. Granted I haven't been down in South America counting the number of iguanas with seeing eye dogs and walking canes but if igs (and other animals) are doing fine down there being exposed to all that natural sun then I don't think that a bulb that, at best, produces 25% of the UVB of the sun is going to do any harm to an ig. Per Hatfield's book I believe, iguanas can actually see in the ultraviolet spectrum. That saysto me that their eyes are developed well enough to handle UV exposure.
As everyone else is tired of me saying, the best UV source that I've found so far is the mercury vapor bulbs put put by T-Rex and ZooMed. Excellent amounts of both UVA and B but neither bulb is catagorized as "full spectrum". I'm waiting for a new radiometer to come in. When it does, I'll do a few tests for demonstrative purposes and let everyone know results....
