The fact that ZooMed makes good products is a moot point. It doesn't matter how good they make them, hot rocks are *NOT* appropriate for iguanas. In case you didn't know, iguanas do not sense heat from below. Period. They sense heat from their parital, or third, eye, which is on top of their head! An iguana will lay on a heat rock and throughly cook the underside before they will realise it is too hot and move. And BTW, do you happen to have proof that hot rock injuries *only* happen with old, cheap, or rigged hot rocks? Specific proof? I stick with my point that no hot rock is appropriate for an iguana.
