Well Bill, I did not say people should do it, I did not say I do it. I just said it was done. There are reasons for it, but I don't want to get into that.
As for what other people use or do I am not very interested. Bert has a picture on his site of his tegus eating table scraps. I don't agree with that and I don't do it. So?
Like you said, where does a tegu in the wild find table scraps? I don't worry too much about what tegus do in the wild mine aren't there.
My opinion is just that. It is put here for those that understand.
