reptiles, for which sportfishing take is currently allowed, will be exempted from sport take"

Also, Why the heck would they move to protect C.ruber? Those things are EVRYWHERE in the hills in Souther CA. In fact, so much of their habitat is untouchable, I would suggest the are one of the species we would have trouble damaging.

Those F&G people sure have a handle on saving wildlife, don't they?
