My husband, a vet tech friend of mine, and I are rescuing a sick iguana. We've been told that his back legs aren't moving. We think it might be calcium deficiency and we're going to get him started on calcium injections when we get him. Has anyone incountered an iguana with this problem? If so any ideas wether he has a chance of a happy life (or of surviving at all)? We've never owned an iguana though we've all read plenty about them. We just couldn't leave this guy to suffer at the hands of a kid and his ill-informed dad!
