I haven't personally seen the iguana yet, but thye didn't mention any other deformities. Though I do doubt that the owners knew what a healthy iguana should look like. I don't know if he'll survive, but wether he does or not at least he'll be cared for during the remainder of his life. I'll check into the vitamin b deficiency. There aren't any reptile vets in town, but the clinic he'll be going to has some reptile experience.
