Rainbow's UVB and heat lamps

Hi there guys

I would like to get some feedback from those of you that have any experience in using the "Active UV-Heat Lamp", provided by Rainbow Rock Company.

In writing they seem perfect compared to the tubes, since they are much closer to the natural flow of UVB, but how are they in real life. Any independant tests made? Any other pro's and con's?
