If you check out MyIguana.com you'll eventually come across pictures of Rishi. His owners use an Active in his enclosure and the few times that we've seen him he has looked better and better. They can't say enough good things about the bulb. If you're planning on using them in enclosures as large as you say you shouldn't have any problems with them. The only drawback I can find with them is that you need to supply a seperate heat source for nighttime but even that's not a problem with radiant heat panels.
