Arboreal colubrids

My fiance has his little heart set on getting a green arboreal snake. We've looked at Rough Green snakes and Red-Tailed Green Rat snakes, but I'd like some other options, maybe a kind that is a bit easier to find and care for.

Any ideas? I'd like to hear people's experiences, and get a recommendation or two for a good breeder. A blue tongue would be a plus, btw;-)
