The first two snakes on that list cost serious $$$ for CB, and I'm pretty sure that you won't want to deal with WC. But if you want to spend the money, they're awesome, I wish I could afford them! I think that if you can get the right cage, a CB redtailed green that's eating rodents might be a good bet. You might even be able to find one that's used to handling. The asian vines (Ahaetulla) eat only lizards, in general. I'm not sure to what extent you can handle the little green rats without stressing them out. If they're anything like my mandarins, you're in for a 'treat' (sarcasm there), but I'm not sure. The asian vines are actually rearfanged, but I don't believe they have a very potent venom. I don't think the concepts 'arboreal snake' and 'handleable' really go together at all.
