Box turtles

Hi, I was wondering if eastern box turtles need a dry terrarium or could they live in a tank that was almost always wet and humid. The reason I ask is because I just set up a real nice terrarium with real plants and moss and such and was wondering what type of herp I could put in there? IF this is the wrong set up for an eastern box what turtle could live in there? Also, does anyone know who breeds easterns?
