Just casually driving through that area I found several. That's the only one for which I stopped and took a picture. I was also born and raised in OK, where we had TONS of them in all sorts of habitat, prairie included.

Perhaps you meant your reply for the other person who said "box turtles" (all-inclusive) are found in the woods and need high humidity. My original response still stands.

:One thing I've learned is that 1- the animals don't read the books and 2 - many of these animals are very adaptable.

Have to agree there--I have kept my ornate in humidity ranging from 0 to 100%.
