I can't find much info on albino yellow rats and I just got the nicest little guy - wonderful temperament, great feeder and absolutely gorgeous. Can anyone tell me if striping in albino yellows occurs with maturity in all individuals or if it is genetic - like striping in corns. Do some some retain saddles and if they all become striped, what age or size do saddles disappear? I have read differnt things in different places. This guy has lemon yellow head and belly, thin orange stripe on his back and very pale orange stripes along his sides. Reeally don't know why there aren't more of these beautiful snakes around.
Thanks,
Mary v
