Hi,
From your pics, the snake appears to be an albino striped "bubblegum" rat snake. Below is a link to a picture of an adult on Kathy Love's CornUtopia web site. Note the area around the head and neck.. appears very similar to your snake, although the colors appear to be off in the photo.

Does the pic look anything like your snake?
