Looking for Ethical Herpers in N. Central California

Are there any ethical herpers in N. California and by that I mean, no poachers, no illegal propogation of protected species, no illegal swapping of California species for species from other states? No lying about your finds to the rest of your herp party, no selling out others herp spots.

I've met a couple herpers lately that fit the bill but I wonder if DFG really has a clue what is going on in the herp community and with only 300 patrolling wardens if there is anything they can do about it.
