sick frog????

Hi all

I wondered if anyone can give me some advice in regards to my Pacific Tree frog. I've had him since Oct. 3/02 when he arrived in some flowers. Since then he has lived in a ten gallon aquarium with what I hope is the proper environment. About 1 week ago he stopped eating and has become very listless. He sits on his tree and is not nearly as active as he once was. Today I took him to the vet and of course he was then very active. The vet determined he was physically fine and didn't have a reason for his change in behaviour. There is a slight red color in his legs but no more than when he first arrived. His shin is fine and appearance wise he looks normal. Is he sick? Breeding behaviour? Please let me know
