Never say never...where are you located? There may be help nearby that you aren't aware of and could access.
Put on heavy leather gloves and something to protect your eyes and heavy duty clothing such as jeans and chambray shirt. You are going to have to get past the agression in order to do anything. He's scared and is being defensive. Try dropping a towel over him to block his view of you and gently get him in your arms. If he has not eaten in 2 weeks, has he drunk anything? He may be severely dehydrated at this point and that WILL kill. Before you handle him, have a slightly warm tub of plain water ready. You need to get him into this water so that he can soak. Hopefully, he will also drink while in this. Next step is to get water into him. He needs some Gatorade or, preferably, Pedialyte to get his electrolytes in balance. If he won't accept this readily from his water bowl, then you will need to get a special syringe. They should have this at a drug store or grocery store. It has an extension to it that is like a flexible tube which can be gently worked into the mouth to give liquids. Give only a few drops at a time because he can just as easily cause him to get it "down the wrong hole" and he'll choke.
I AM NOT A VET and don't pretend to know all the answers. However, are you certain that your iguana is a male? This is the time of year when female iguanas are beginning to lay their eggs. They produce and lay eggs without ever having been with a male---just like chickens. Usually before she lays her appetite decreases dramatically and then she lays and is back to normal. There are iguanas who have difficulty laying their eggs and become egg bound. This is a serious and deadly problem. Only a vet can help you with this. The other possibility is that your iguana may be impacted and can't eat anymore until something moves for him.
Please get back with us here with your location and maybe we can get you some real help. Also, it would be helpful to know when was the last time your iguana pooped and if you know for certain the sex of it. Because this is what I think is an emergency situation I'm going to post some pictures here (try to!) of what the femoral pores look like on boys and girls. These are located on the underside of the hind legs. There are other ways to determine sex but this is usually the first place we look.
