He Is Going To Die

I have a common Green Iguana.He is about two years old.I had one before Iggie that died because of my ignorance and lack of knowledge.He died from MBD.I had the second one given to me because the owner didn't want him.Iggie has been doing great until a couple weeks ago.I have his calcium spray and Vita Spray.He has his uv light.He just stopped eating.He always ate like a pig but no more.He is so weak he will hang upside down and not even try to get back up.I have tried a lot of foods but it doesn't matter.I even tried baby food...BANNANAS...no luck.I can't get near him,he will come after me as soon as I open his door.He bites,lashes with his tail,I can't get near him.He acts so weak,I can't understand how he can be so aggressive.I just don't know what to do to help him.I am lost and he is dieing.I have no problem with my other lizards.What can I do?How can I help him?I don't want him to die.There is no Reptile Vet in this area.PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!
