If he is really a she and this problem was being caused by needing to lay eggs....ALSO look down on the ground (probably near tree bases) for newly disturbed dirt. They dig holes to lay their eggs in and then bury them. Should you find such a hole, look up in to the nearest trees. You may find your iguana. Inthemeantime, I'll put an alert out on the mailing list to see if there's someone who knows of a good vet in your area. Always hopeful....
