i have two 2 year old iguanas and i let them roam the house but put them under the lamp in the morning. they usually get bored and climb out after an hour and hang out on top of the curtains. is this ok or should i force them to stay under the lamp longer? also, how cold is it ok to have them deal with? temps have gotten to low 40's and wonder if they are uncomfortable at that temp although they are sleeping. let me know. thanks.
