Linda & Melissa have good points.
You either need to heat up the room (not sure the safety risks of these heaters...maybe they can shed light on that), or you need to build a cage where nose rubbing won't occur. That is a reason why my cage is melamine and plexiglass. Sleestack is a nose rubber too, except in this type of cage. I can leave the door open to his cage all day, but he prefers to be in there basking on his top shelf almost all the time, except during breeding season when he is a bit crazy.
