help tail problems

hi my iguana snapped 2inches off his tail, when it grew back it was dry and crusty so i snipped it off clean and put medicine on it . then i took him to the vet she said it got crusty because when it broke off the 1st time and grew back the blood flow didnt stopped thats why it got crusty . the vet said that it didnt need to be cut ,and he didnt need no medication at all it would grow back fine. its been about 1 month now and ive noticed little bump like pimples on the last 4 3-4 inches of his tail. ive been clening it with proxide and bentadine. also i was using neosporin ointment and a anti fungal cream . im worried do any of you no what the tiny bump like pimples are ???? they dont pop like a pimple and no puss or fluuid come out. they are just hard tiny little bumps please help michael t.
