Help! Zoo Med food & Ig problems!

I started feeding Zoo Med ig food to my Ig about
2 months ago. He liked it so much he wouldn't eat anything else so I just stopped feed him anything about a month ago.

I noticed that his droppings kept getting smaller and
harder and now they are like litttle rocks the size of
rabbit pellets.

The last few days he has quit eating and going to the bathroom. He tries to go to the bathroom but nothing
comes out.

He looks like he has lost a little weight and I know he's not drinking water. I've tried to get him to drink and eat but he won't let me open his mouth and
he's shreaded me up the times I've tried.

Is there anything that can be done for him? Anything a vet could do to get him to go to the bathroom?
