I got my Ig to the vet this morning. The vet looked him over, squeezed and felt him, looked in his mouth and pronounced him the most healthy looking Ig he had seen in some time! I said that can't be, I know he hasn't eaten or drank anything in two days. The vet said he was just being stubborn because I had switched him from dry food
back to greens. He gave him a dose of something
for parasites just in case, and told me to take my Ig home, open his mouth and stick in a few chopped strawberries, grapes, watermellon, or
any other fruit that contains alot of water.

The vet said not to feed him just dry food but to
mix a little of the dry food in with his greens
(which is what I had been doing before he started eating dry food only).

The vet also showed me a way to hold my Ig so that
I could control him and get his mouth open, and the vet also clipped my Igs nails.

Sure enough, when I got home, my Ig swollowed
about 4 big Raspberries I put in his mouth.

I feel better knowing I got some liquid in him.
Hopefully he'll resume eating and going to the bathroom in the next few days.
