HELP!!! Broken toe!!!

I came home from work yesterday & took Stone out to find he has a broken toe. It is on his back leg... longest digit. It is twisted up at the 2nd "knuckle" sticking up in the air... we tried to GENTLY put it in place, but it just turns back up. I am frantic & I dont know what I should do. He doesnt seem to be worried about it because he is climbing all over like normal. Can someone give me guideance as to what will happen now & what I should do? Will it turn black & fall off? I hope I dont sound so stupid here. Remember - Stone is only 3 3/4 inches SVL.
