You could splint it but chances are, it's not going to work after it heals. I talked with my Vet about this problem with iguanas, just the other day and here's what he said. " The nerves and tendons run so close to the bones, that most likely they are damaged when the bones break."
Now, as far as falling off, it's most likely not going to do that, unless there's an open wound that gets infected. Harry has two on one foot that's broken from previous owner and they're fine, they just don't work.
One thing you should do, is see what might have caused the toe to break, whether it's a branch, wire,etc... Also, with such a young iguana, you might want to boost it's calcium diet. Young iguanas need alot more calcium than adult iguanas do. Also, how old is your UVB light tube? If it's over 6 months, you'll need to change it out.
