is cabbage ok for iguanas?

I give my iggies lots of mustard greens, collard greens and turnip greens as well as other vieggies and fruits. I know kale and broccoli as well as lettuce is a no-no. Is cabbage leafs ok? I have a friend that has a store and pulls the outer leaves off. He will save them for me..thanks
