: I have always seen controversy over this, the iguana den supports it, other site doesn't! I use it about once a month, great source of calcium, but with all the problems it might cause I tend to stay away from it as a staple--I stick with Collards,Turnip,Mustard,and Dandelion greens! Always remember, Variety is best!
