Question about Kale....

On Jen's Site is says Kale is not to be used as a "Staple". It made it sound like you could use it to supplement with occasionally. I have been doing this, although not often, but if I should stop, Please let me know. I don't want to do anything harmful to my little "green machine". His main staple is Collards. I tried acorn squash as a topping last night and he lapped it up like it was candy! J
