Kale is fine as a "sometimes" food LOL LOL I don't know how to put it! If I say "treat," then some folks may think to use it as a reward or for handfeeding/taming use. Monthly? Once a year? I don't think anyone can put stamp a date on it to be honest. Usually if I see that something should be fed sparingly then for my own personal use I limit to ONCE A MONTH....now that once a month might be that I fed IT as part of the ig salad for the whole week. It would depend on just how much of IT that was on the stalk, in the bag, etc. etc.

Spinach is another one of those that should be used sparingly. It will bind BOTH calcium and iodine.

I always feel so scientific when I have to explore ig diets *grin* Life would be so much easier if their food could just come in a bag or a can, huh?
