Kale...& don't forget spinach

Kale is fine as a "sometimes" food LOL LOL I don't know how to put it! If I say "treat," then some folks may think to use it as a reward or for handfeeding/taming use. Monthly? Once a year? Spinach is another one of those that should be used sparingly. It will bind BOTH calcium and iodine.

I always feel so scientific when I have to explore ig diets *grin* Life would be so much easier if their food could just come in a bag or a can, huh?
