you carefully skin the bark off the branch up about 2" from the bottom and dip it in root start.Then place the branch in a nice sandy type soil and water daily for about two weeks,then taper off to every other day and so on and so on.You'll know if it's taken root in about a month.Try to leave a few leafs on the top of the branch to help collect dew.
It works for us,,we have 30 bushes of various colors and they are a great food source not to mention just plain beautiful.
