problems

Hello there. It's been about 4 years since I have had an iggy (I had to give mine away when I moved to Australia).
Recently I have returned the states and decided to get another Ig.
But this one is acting completely different from any other that I've had.

Louise doesn't eat well... if I leave fresh food in the morning, I find it scattered
about the terrarium when I get home.
As well, all of the flooring (jungle mix and a bit of tree bark
and forest moss) is piled up away from the edges (digging it all
toward the center).

needless to say Louise, in doing all this, has pulled several claws
out. I don't suppose they grow these back?

Can anyone give a reason for this behavior?
