BabyHerp??? or anyone with post-op ig colon surgery????

ok, today's weird question ...
remember iZ had major surgery 5 wks ago ... during which his cecum (part of his colon) was opened up ... among other things ... anyway ... tonight he pooped and i noticed this weird thing ... he passed what i can only think to describe as a "chunk of meat", it had little blue sutures in it and was covered on one side with feces ... so am assuming this 'thing' was like a scab from the inside of his colon ... ???? it was definitely *not* a fresh *anything* ...
am wondering if anyone else has ever seen anything like this???

next question ... about Amphojel ... anyone know if amphojel turns poop black??? have been assuming that his poop is blackish because of the amphojel, but now after seeing this weird scab-thing, am afraid it could be blood ... would a human hemocult test work on ig feces???)

will be talking to his doc tomorrow ... just wondering if y'all have any feedback in the meantime ...
