Don't know anything to be helpful, but just wanted to let you know that I sympathize with you. iZ just keeps giving you something new to worry about. Being a worrier myself, I would be worried until I was able to call the vet tomorrow. And its probably nothing to worry about. Your probably right about it being a scab and the disolving stitches were just attached to that scab. Be sure and let us know what the vet says tomorrow.
