Hibiscus?? and diet question

Hi everyone,
I hear that Hibiscus flowers are good for Igs and that they like them very much. Where can i get some hibiscus flowers? How much should they cost? How often can they be given? and can you buy Hibiscus seeds?
also my new Ig diet includes: Colord Greens, Mustard Greens, Parsley, Yams, carrots (not a lot), and i think thats about it. Is there anything else i should add to this?
