One thing that i see lacking in your diet is protein. Plant protein can be obtained in a number of ways. Hibiscus leaves and flowers are an excellent source of protein and dietary fiber. Also many types of beans can be offered to add protein to the diet. Lima, red, kidney beans are all good choices provided they are softened up enough. Back to Hibiscus. Depending on where you live, hibiscus can be grown outdoors. Plants can be cheaply bought from nurseries, home depot, any of those type places. SteveS.
