Ok so...Iguanamomma gave me some great advice from her past experience. Only now I have conflicting opinions from two different vets. One says don't remove it as its painful and nature will take its course. To remove it involves using a cautery and no anesthesia. Another says absolutely to removing the affected area...I'm so conflicted...HELP!
