Need Help Right Away Red Foot in Trouble

My red foot has been diagnosed with a respiratory infection and has been put on
bytyril (or something) and I have increased heat at night as well as day. He did
not eat today, notrouble getting antibiotic in through mouth but
after having the heat lamp on at night, today snot, very clear and thick
is comimg out his nose and is now sneezing. Could not get hold of
vet. Don't know if a good sign or bad sign. Please help we are
very worried.
