I'm a strong advocat of giving Baytril orally. There is no need to inject it.
Temperatures should be elavated to say a constant 80 to 85 degrees. Remember they are cold blooded so to maintain the metabolic rate you need a good temperature. Keep it warm and get it to a vet ASAP.
