If it has only been a few days, I wouldnt worry. It is tough to get the baytril into them orally, but if I were the tortoise, I'd prefer it to injected! It takes a week or so to see results. The clear mucous is just a result of the infection, and probably because of the exertion of sneezing.. its just loosening up.
