ok, I need some help here. I've got 6 eggs left. Four of them aren't doing great, they are getting brown and are caving in a bit. I keep the temp at 30 degrees celcius which is right according to books. I heat the water onderneath to get the right temp and humidity. The substrate I use is vermiculite (hope you guys know what that is).
Ok, the question: Is the substrate too wet or is it too dry????
Because of the caving I would say it's too dry but because of the getting brown, a bit moulded (2), and the wet feeling I would say it's too wet. I have made it wetter but it only seem to get worse so now I've changed the substrate again and kept it dryer this time
Any suggestions???????? I really need some good advice here
