Is the lid open or closed? If open, how do you keep a reasxonably constant temperature?
I keep my eggs inside a closed box with approximately 100% humidity. Tilting the whole box a bit lets condensation run down the top towards the low end.
: Did your eggs get a bit brown and did they cave in as well (what I mean by caving in is that they lose their tension). That's what's happening here except for two eggs, one is very white but hasn't grown at all, the other one looks good as well
The eggs should not get brown. That's not a good sign, IMHO. Caving in is a sign of dehydration, when the eggs are less than a month old. I'd bury the eggs in the vermiculite to maximize water absorption.
